what are the check-in & check-out times? â€‹

Check-in is from 4pm & check-out is by 10am. 

can i bring a dog? 

​

Two pets are allowed in the property for an extra £20 per stay however guests must follow the rules:

  • Pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

  • They are only allowed on the ground floor living space, not upstairs in the bedrooms.

  • Pets aren’t allowed to go on any of the furniture. 

  • Any dog mess must be picked up and disposed of. 

  • No puppies under the age of one. 

  • Guests should use their own towels to clean the dogs 

  • Guests are responsible for any damage/ extra cleaning for their dog. 

is a hairdryer provided?​

​

One hairdryer is provided & it is located in the chest of drawers in the super-king bedroom on the first floor. 

how many parking spaces are there? â€‹

​

Parking is limited to two spaces on the driveway due to the constraints within the development. If guests have a third vehicle, it can be parked for free on Bedlands Lane, a local road just a 5-minute walk away along an unlit grassy path. Please note that parking across the pavement or in any other areas of the estate is not permitted.

how strong is the wi-fi & phone signal?​

​

There is no phone signal or very little signal at the house (depending upon which mobile network you use). However once you are connected to the WiFi, you will be able to Wi-Fi calll/ text etc.

how many towels are provided?​

​

9 bath towels and 10 hand towels are in the rooms.

what items are provided in the welcome pack?​

​

There will be a box of chocolates on arrival, biscuits, milk, tea, coffee and sugar.
Handsoap, shower gel, conditioner & shampoo are provided, aswell as a few dishwasher and washing machine pods, 10 toilet rolls, kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and anti-bac spray.

Are towels or bathrobes provided for the hot tub?​

​

Guests are advised to bring their own extra towels and bathrobes for the hot tub. 

what are the instructions for using the hot tub?​

​​

- The 4-seater hot tub will be freshly refilled and heating for when you arrive with the correct chemical added.

​

- There are just 2 buttons on the hot tub which control turning on the jets and the lights.

​

- You don't need to switch the hot tub on or off as it's already setup. You may hear it make a few noises every now and then as it's just the filtration system coming on to clean itself and also bringing itself back up to temperature.

what are the rules for using the hot tub?​

 

- Please do not attempt to alter the hot tub temperature (37 degrees), touch the power settings or filtration system.

​

- The hot tub shouldn't be used outside of 8am to 10pm as it will be too noisy for the next door neighbours who have young children.

​

- Please ensure the hot tub lid is securely positioned on the special holder when opened & put back on when not in use to retain the heat.

​

- No glass should be taken into the tub (there's special plastic cups for it in the utility).

​

- No more than 4 bathers should be in the hot tub at a time.

​

- Be careful not to slip on the flooring when getting in and out of the hot tub and use sensible footwear.

​

- It is advised that the hot tub shouldn’t be used by children under the age of 12 or guests with health conditions which may be affected by the heat. However this is at your own discretion. Children should be supervised when using the hot tub at all times.

​

- Nobody should sit on the hot tub cover as it will easily break.

​

- For security in case there’s young children near the hot tub, you can lock the cover by using 00 on each of the two fastenings.
